TOXICITY:
LD50(Rats) 750 mg/kg.
APPLICATION:
1. Curing agent for PU elastomer. The
elasticity depends on different kind of prepolymer used.
2. Applicable for athletic track,
roof coating, floor coating, rollers, skates rollers and bumpers...,
etc.
3. Curing
agent for epoxy resin or epoxy urethane resin.
ARTIFICIAL PROPERTIES:
-MOCA is used to react with prepolymer which is a product of TDI (Toluene Di Isocyanate) reacting with
polyether/or polyester and which contains NCO 4.2~ 4.3%. Its pot life is
8~10min.
-Heating resistance up to 100oC , But it shows
significant reduction of its properties for long period of time at temperature over
121oC.
FORMULATION:
For 100 parts of prepolymer, the quantity of MOCA
used is "prepolymer NCO% x 3.18 x 95% ~100%"
